Dalia Briggs, Office Manager
Dalia Briggs, Office Manager Carson Valley Oral SurgeryI am a lifelong resident of the Carson Valley. This is a great community and a beautiful place to raise a family. I began working for Dr. Gray at the beginning of 2017. Since working here my personal growth and patient care experience have increased. Prior to Carson Valley Oral Surgery I was the Surgery Coordinator at Carson Valley Medical Center for many years. With all of my past knowledge in the insurance verification and claims process, I feel that I am a dedicated patient advocate. Insurance can be a very confusing and frustrating topic. At Carson Valley Oral Surgery we feel that educating our patients about their benefit details is such an important step in the process to help them plan and prepare for any upcoming surgeries. It is very important to me that everyone knows well in advance what to expect financially. Ask any questions and we will do our best to answer. Carson Valley Oral Surgery is such a wonderful family oriented practice and I am truly grateful for the opportunity to be part of the team.
